Important: the old app goes offline on 1 August 2026
The legacy app (v1) is being phased out and goes offline on 1 August 2026. Switch to version 2 before that date to keep your Peppol invoicing uninterrupted.
Why an all-new app?
The first version of our Wix app worked with webhooks and a manual API key that you had to manage yourself. Based on feedback from our users, we rebuilt the app from scratch.
Version 2 is not an update of the old app, but a separate, new app. Onboarding, KYC verification and invoicing now run directly through Wix, and you connect SendPol via a secure OAuth authorization instead of an API key. That is why you need to switch once: install the new app, complete the OAuth connection and only then remove the old app.

Live connection status
The dashboard shows immediately whether your connection is active, in test mode or needs attention.

Migration guide in 4 steps
Follow these steps to switch from version 1 to version 2. Complete them in one go and there is in principle no interruption.

Install the new SendPol app (v2)
Install the new app in your Wix admin. This is a separate app alongside your old version.

Configure v2 via OAuth
Complete the OAuth connection to securely connect SendPol to your store. No API key needed anymore.

Check the connection status
Make sure the connection status shows "connected" and that v2 works correctly.

Only then remove the old app (v1)
Is everything working in the new app? Only then remove the old SendPol app from your Wix admin.
Save your invoice history before removing v1
Your invoice history is not transferred to v2. So export or save important documents before you remove the old app.
